Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there's no rush to use them all at once.

Yes — credits can be shared with friends, colleagues or family, so a small team can buy one pack and use it between several people.

There's no contract or membership — just buy a credit pack and spend it across hot desking, the private office or the boardroom however suits you. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per credit.

Superfast leased-line broadband, air conditioning and free hot and cold refreshments are included as standard across every space — there are no extra charges added on top of your credits.

New members can book one free hot-desking day to try the space before buying a credit pack. Get in touch to arrange a date.

Yes — for hot desking, half a credit covers a 4-hour session, so a full credit doesn't have to mean a full day if you don't need it.

£225 a month works out the same as 15 credits' worth of hot-desking, but it's billed as one flat monthly rate rather than drawn from a credit pack — so there's nothing to top up, and the desk is reserved as yours every day rather than shared.

There is limited parking onsite which can be booked in advance at £5 per day — just let us know when you book. There is plenty of parking nearby too. The closest is Taylors Lane — turn right before the traffic lights and law courts, just off Foregate Street opposite the Foregate pub. Sansome Walk also has parking, just after Armstrongs outfitters. A large car park just 5 minute's walk at the bottom of Castle Street itself, by the racecourse at the junction with Severn Terrace.
