Pricing & membership

Do I need a membership to use the space?

No. Hot desking is pay as you go — £22 for a full day or £15 for a half day, with nothing to sign up to. Coffee Club is optional, but at £15 a month it pays for itself even if you only come in once a month, and gets progressively better the more you visit.

What counts as a full day?

Any time we're open, 8am to 6pm — there's no clock-watching. A half day covers up to four hours, whenever suits you.

Is Coffee Club worth it if I only come in occasionally?

Yes — it pays for itself even if you only come in once a month, and gets progressively better the more you visit. Non-members pay £22 for a full (8-hour) day. Coffee Club members pay £15 for the first 6 hours of the month, then £2.50 for each extra hour after that. So an 8-hour day works out to £20 (£15 + 2 hours × £2.50) — already £2 cheaper than a single non-member day, before you've factored in any other visits that month. The savings grow from there: 2 days a month is £35 against £44, saving £9; 3 days a month is £50 against £66, saving £16. The only thing you're committing to is the £15 monthly rate — everything after that is pay-as-you-go at £2.50/hour, so there's no risk in signing up even if you're not sure how often you'll come in.

What is Coffee Club?

It's our membership, at £15 a month. It includes 6 hours of hot-desking, and drops the price of everything else — hot desks fall from £22 to £15 a day, and the private office and boardroom come down too. You can cancel any time.

Do my Coffee Club hours roll over?

No — the 6 hours reset at the end of each month, so they don't build up. If you know you'll be in more than that, a full day at the member rate (£15) is usually better value.

What happens if I use more than 6 hours?

You just pay £2.50 an hour after that, or £15 for a full day if you're staying longer. Nothing stops working and there's nothing to top up.

What's included in the price?

Superfast leased-line broadband, air conditioning and unlimited hot and cold refreshments are included as standard across every space — there are no extra charges added on top. All prices include VAT.

Can I have a desk that's always mine?

Yes — a fixed dedicated desk is £200 a month. It's the same desk every working day, kept for you, with nothing to book each time.

How does the trial day work?

New members can book a hot-desking day to try the space before committing to anything. Get in touch to arrange a date.

Visiting the space

Do I need to book ahead for a hot desk?

It's best to message or call ahead so we can make sure there's space ready for you, especially for your first visit.

Is there parking nearby?

There is limited parking onsite which can be booked in advance at £5 per day — just let us know when you book. There is plenty of parking nearby too. The closest is Taylors Lane — turn right before the traffic lights and law courts, just off Foregate Street opposite the Foregate pub. Sansome Walk also has parking, just after Armstrongs outfitters. A large car park just 5 minute's walk at the bottom of Castle Street itself, by the racecourse at the junction with Severn Terrace.

Can I view the space before booking?

Of course — just message us to arrange a time to come and have a look round, no obligation.

Message or call us and we'll give you a straight answer. Or come in for a free trial day and see the space for yourself.
